This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and guidelines for using our services. By accessing and using UniLink, users agree to comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service.
Prohibited Activities

4. Malicious Activities

5. Spam
Users must not use UniLink to send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
Illegal Goods and Services
UniLink may not be used in connection with the following industries, goods, and services:
1. Adult Content and Services
This includes pornography, adult entertainment, and any other content not appropriate for persons under the age of 18.
If you're linking out to adult content on your page, you must turn on the sensitive
content notice, ensure the content on your page itself are suitable for all ages, and make sure what
you are linking to is legal in your region. We add
informational labels to such links that may not be appropriate for visitors of all ages.
2. Controlled Substances
The sale or promotion of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, tobacco based products and any controlled substances is prohibited.
3. Gambling and Betting
Online gambling, casinos, sports betting, multi-level marketing offers and related activities are not permitted.
4. Weapons and Explosives
The promotion or sale of firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons, fireworks, explosives, hazardous materials, or toxic materials is strictly forbidden.
5. Counterfeit Goods
Selling or promoting counterfeit products, embargoed goods, goods that infringe on the trademark of any brand, recalled items, stolen items, IDs, personal information, regulated living species, body parts, endangered or protected species or parts of these species is prohibited.

In using the UniLink platform, users must adhere to the following email marketing guidelines:
- Unsolicited Messages: Sending unsolicited emails or other messages that promote a website created on UniLink or any related services is strictly prohibited.
- Compliance with Laws: All promotional activities undertaken by users must comply with applicable legal standards governing marketing and communication, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States and similar legislation globally.
- Use of Platform: Users must not use the UniLink platform to send or distribute unsolicited communications.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that any emails or messages sent are only directed to recipients who have expressly agreed to receive such communications.
Prior consent must be obtained before sending any promotional messages, and a clear mechanism for opting out must be included in every communication.
Enforcement and Penalties
UniLink enforces strict penalties for violations of our anti-spam policy. Any pages found to be advertised through unsolicited messages will be immediately removed. Users responsible for such actions will face permanent account bans. These measures ensure compliance with legal standards and protect our community's integrity. Repeat offenders may also face legal consequences under applicable laws.
Enforcement
UniLink reserves the right to take any necessary action on violations of this AUP, including but not limited to removing content, suspending accounts, and terminating services without notice.
Reporting Violations
If you believe a user or content on UniLink violates this AUP, please submit Report of Violation form or contact us immediately at notify@unilink.us. We will review all submissions within 5 days and take appropriate action.
